Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death for ages 10-24
and we are working to decrease this heart-breaking statistic.
In 2022, Little Seeds of Hope began as a research-based case study exploring how early intervention could support children's mental wellness. What started as an inquiry quickly evolved into a full program designed to equip families with practical life skills and emotional tools that reduce the risk of mental health challenges in children. Today, Little Seeds of Hope serves as a nurturing foundation for parents and caregivers, empowering them to build healthy, resilient homes where children can thrive emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Parent Support
Creating Strong Minds
The Director of Little Seeds of Hope paved the way to deliver effective training for parents in need of mental health knowledge and understanding.

Purpose: Teach your child fundamental skills for a healthy self-esteem.
Studies show that by the age of 5, a child has already developed their self-esteem. Additionally, studies continue to show that low self-esteem is linked to mental illnesses. This is why Hope Gatekeepers has created an inspirational program for children with a mission to support their growing minds. Our Little Seeds of Hope program is tailored for children ages 5-9 and focuses on 8 pillars of skill building. These 8 pillars consist of; Affirmations, Contribution, Environment, Wisdom, Moral Compass, Emotions, Friendship, and Hope. With our work were are taking action against mental illnesses—and holding open the gates of hope for their families.
