HG Junior Advisory Board: Made up of young adults (18–25) who help shape our programs from the inside, bringing their lived experience and perspective into decision-making. Members earn volunteer hours, gain leadership skills, and influence how services are delivered.

HG Champions Committee: Alumni of our services and peer leaders who represent HOPE Gatekeepers externally, supporting events, advocacy, and community-building efforts. This committee develops youth leaders as ambassadors and change agents in their communities.
